1. Slice chicken thigh meat in angles into bite sizes. Prepare the seasoning mix and marinade chicken pieces in the seasoning mix for 10 minutes.
2. Cut green onion into 2 in. length and sauté in a frying pan until soft, about 1 minute. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in frying pan and cook chicken until browned.
4. When the meat is browned, pour the marinade over the chicken and continue to cook on low heat until the sauce thickens
5. Place hot cooked rice into an individual bowl, spread sliced dried seaweed pieces over the rice and top with chicken and green onions to serve
